In addition to managing the Real Estate Department and assisting clients, Bob also assists with the management of the Firm’s personnel and day-to-day business needs. A former professional tennis instructor, Bob enjoys playing golf and traveling with his wife.
Bob is rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of lawyers, which is the highest rating attainable.
Bob has been involved in projects such as:
- Representing a client in the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of college student housing in Worcester–comprised of eight multi-family buildings and 24 units;
- Representing a developer in the acquisition of a $50,000,000 suburban real estate portfolio, including industrial / warehouse space, vacant land and several residential apartment buildings;
- Representing developers in the acquisition, development, conversion and sale of a variety of residential condominium projects. Currently representing a developer in the creation of a newly-constructed, mixed-use condominium in East Boston, including the sale of 66 residential units and four ground-floor commercial units;
- Representing clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing and/or sale of various commercial office and retail buildings;
- Representing various partners and members in connection with real estate partnership disputes and so-called “business divorces.”
